Relying on 165,000 square meters of production and research base, the Company is a major supporting unit of environmental protection technology and equipment encouraged by the State. With its strong research and development strength, the Company has won many honors such as the National High-tech Enterprise, Gazelle Enterprise of the National High-tech Zone, the National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, one of the first specialized, sophisticated, special and new "Little Giant" Enterprises rated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and one of the first enterprises meeting the "Standard Conditions for Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry (Environmental Monitoring Instruments)" rated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

R&D team
At present, our scientific researchers account for 27% of the total number of employees, including 2 postdocs, 20 doctors and 32 masters. We have three core scientific and technological teams with rich R&D experience and innovative spirit, namely, the General technology center , the Optical Sensing Technology Center and the Intelligent Data Technology Center.
Optical Sensing Technology Center
The core members have many years of research and development experience in aerospace spectral instruments in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This center focuses on transforming aerospace spectroscopy technology into civil fields and developing core ultraviolet/infrared spectroscopy technologies and products for environmental monitoring.
Since its establishment, the Center has independently developed the core components of the ultraviolet spectrum gas analyzer, such as the miniature ultraviolet spectrum instrument, the ultraviolet long optical path gas chamber, the total reflection ultraviolet telescope, the spectrum signal processing algorithm and circuit, and the technical indexes have reached the industry-leading level.
According to the market demands, more high-end spectral environmental monitoring products will be developed to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.

General technology center
After more than 30 years of practical experience, we have built a complete and efficient scientific research and development system. The research and development projects involve more than 10 series of hundreds of products and have won more than 100 patents.

Smart Data Technology Center
It was jointly established by the Group and a team from an air force early warning academy. The scientific research team has great strength, of which 20 members have master's degree or above. It has profound theoretical foundation and rich engineering implementation experience in Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data. More than 300 sets of the "National Border and Coastal Defense Monitoring Center System" developed by the Center has been promoted, installed and deployed on China's 18,400-kilometer coastline and land frontier. The "Special Center System" we developed has ensured the safety of more than 30 large-scale national events such as the Beijing Olympics, the 60th anniversary military parade on the National Day, the Shanghai World Expo and the G20 Summit in Hangzhou. It has won the second prize for national scientific and technological progress and the first prize for military scientific and technological progress, and has more than 30 invention patents and software intellectual property rights.
Since its inception, the Center has been committed to building systematic quality control capability integrating end, network, cloud and intelligence starting from environmental protection instruments. It took the lead in developing and applying the first instrument IoT gateway based on NB-IoT communication protocol in the field of environmental monitoring in China, Eagle Connection Card (internal)/Eagle Connection Box (external), built a big data platform for environmental monitoring supporting fast and concurrent access of large-scale multi-type instruments, promoted the development of on-site detection and quality control technology and related standards and specifications based on Eagle Connection Instrument/Eagle Connection Intelligent Engine, and has created a full-process quality control supervision solution from detection to laboratory analysis.
